Unplug from technology

Technology has helped my life in many ways but it has also created expectations of being constantly accessible! When I’m home I put the phone away to enjoy time with my family.

Exercise

I try to exercise at least three times a week. It gives me time to myself and lifts my mood!

Learn to say "no"

If it doesn’t align with my priorities or fit in with my schedule, I respectfully say no.

Don’t be afraid to ask for help

You’ll be surprised at how willing colleagues are to help!
