The Role

  • Ensure dmg Lead Retrieval App is fully functional for all shows
  • Identifies opportunities, take feedback from users and internal team to make, developing business cases and delivering change
  • Collaborate with development team to improve user experience
  • Keeping track of progress and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Maintaining quality control (testing, design etc)
  • Set up processes for timely capture of data (Exhibitors and Visitors) in App backend
  • Setup of shows in App
  • Coordinate with internal show team and key stakeholders before and after the show to make sure exhibitors are taking benefit from App
  • Ensure cleaning, data accuracy, standardization and de-duplication processes are in placed
  • Provide best customer services to exhibitors during and after the show
  • Liaise with business, IT and vendors to resolve any issues related with App.
  • Understand users, their engagement and behaviours
  • Identify key customers, why they are valuable, and support the customer acquisition and retention strategy
  • Provide complete analytical report, for example device reports, no of exhibitors downloaded App, no of users, information about scanned data
  • Support database department (research, analysis) activities whenever required


Minimum Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrations dealing with data

Office: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
