We look for entrepreneurial, team-oriented individuals who can get things done. We also look for individuals who have a variety of strengths & passions, not just isolated skill sets. We want to make sure that you have the experience & the background to be successful in your role at dmg. We are likely to ask you some role-related questions that can provide us with insight into how you solve problems. Basically, we want to get a feel what makes you, YOU.
Our process consists of at least two face-to-face interviews, or a telephone interview followed by a face-to-face interview. A task/ role-play also forms a part of our recruitment & selection process.
